High Protein Blueberry French Toast

French Toast Ingredients:
1 scoop Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter Grass Fed Whey
2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp applesauce
2 tbsp pancake mix (any brand)
1/4 cup blueberries
Protein French Toast Batter
1/2 scoop Protein Milkshake
1/8 cup milk
Directions: Mix French Toast ingredients & pour into a mini microwave safe pan or a large mug, microwave for 30-45 seconds. Remove, and slice the bread into three slices, coat in French Toast Batter. Then toast in a toaster or in a pan for 2 minutes until golden. Remove, cut into cubes and top with sugar free maple syrup. Enjoy!
