👇🏻😋 CUPCAKE SMOOTHIE BOWL 🧁 💜💙 1 💚2 I'm so excited to share this recipe (especially with my fellow sweet toothed followers) because its protein and antioxidant packed, but also tastes like ice cream so there's really nothing better. I have been on the search to find a protein powder that is low in points, that tastes great and most importantly that blends well. I am not into a powdery taste when it comes to my smoothie bowls and I was so excited when I got my hands on @proteinmilkshake's cupcake batter protein powder. It's 1 POINT y'all and blends so smoothly, making my smoothie bowls like creamy ice cream sundaes. As always, the protein bowls continue to keep me full with over 22g of protein and are filled with berries, making every spoonful packed with antioxidants. Recipe details below!
🧁 Cupcake smoothie bowl 🧁
∙ 3 ice cubes ∙ 1/2 banana frozen (0) ∙ 1/2 c of frozen blueberries (0) ∙ 4 frozen strawberries (0) ∙ 1 package of @proteinmilkshake cupcake batter protein powder (1) ∙ 1/2 c of nonfat greek yogurt (💜💙 0 💚1)
What to do: ∙ Blend frozen fruits with ice cubes first ∙ Once fruit and ice are blended, add in protein powder and greek yogurt and blend again ∙ Pour into a bowl and top (optional) with a sprinkle jimmies 😋
