Vanilla Protein Waffles

What You'll Need:
  • 1 scoop Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter Protein Powder (or your favorite flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons egg whites or egg white substitute
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4-1/3 cup water or almond milk based on desired consistency
  • 1 tsp sprinkles (optional)

Glaze (optional):

  1. Mash 1/3 banana with 2 tablespoons of unrefined coconut oil.
  2. Heat until mixed, melted and smooth

How it's made:

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients. Add in eggs, vinegar & water/almond milk and whisk or blend until you achieve a batter-like consistency.
  3. Apply cooking spray to the waffle iron, and pour in the batter. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with some extra sprinkles and enjoy!
