For my December weight loss challenge I am running with @proteinmilkshake I have been replacing two meals a day with a shake to get ahead of my January goals. I wanted to give you all who are joining us a super easy idea of how to transform your shake into a delicious treat! This is so simple, delicious and very filling!! Here’s how I make it:
Ingredients:
1/3c liquid egg whites
6 sweet drops
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 scoop @proteinmilkshake powder(I used cupcake batter)
Directions:
*Preheat oven to 350
1. Place egg whites and sweet drops in a bowl and whisk to nearly stiff peaks. Add cream of tartar and continue whisking to stiff peaks.
2. Sprinkle protein powder evenly over the top. Very gently fold in until incorporated(it will look clumpy). Be careful not to collapse your whipped egg whites.
3. Place in a 6”cake pan and bake for 10 minutes.
