I wanted to give you all who are joining us a super easy idea of how to transform your shake into a delicious treat! This is so simple, delicious and very filling!! Here’s how I make it:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Ingredients:⁣⁣ 1/3c liquid egg whites⁣⁣ 6 sweet drops ⁣⁣ 1/4 tsp cream of tartar⁣⁣ 1 scoop @proteinmilkshake powder(I used cupcake batter)⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Directions:⁣⁣ *Preheat oven to 350⁣⁣ 1. Place egg whites and sweet drops in a bowl and whisk to nearly stiff peaks. Add cream of tartar and continue whisking to stiff peaks. ⁣⁣ 2. Sprinkle protein powder evenly over the top. Very gently fold in until incorporated(it will look clumpy). Be careful not to collapse your whipped egg whites. ⁣⁣ 3.
