Keto Pumpkin Chocolate Sundae Protein Loaf

This healthy keto pumpkin chocolate sundae protein loaf was created by @liftingiscake. 

Made using Protein Milkshake protein powder! 

1 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of lupin flour
1 serving Protein Milkshake 
1 cup of sweetener @swervesweetie
1/2 teaspoon of salt @redmondrealsalt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup @choczero
1 cup of pumpkin purée
1/2 cup of coconut oil
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of milk chocolate chips @choczero
Reserve 1/4 cup of the chips for drizzle topping
1/4 cup of crumble cinnamon pecan cookie clusters by @lolliscookieclusters for topping


Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another. Then combine the wet into the dry and mix well. The fold in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 in prepared loaf pan. Once cook drizzle remaining melted chocolate chips and sprinkle cinnamon pecan cookie clusters. Delicious!
