Keto-Friendly Chocolate Covered Protein Balls

𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘪𝘯 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴 

Whenever I’m needing a lil’ extra protein, I try my best to make sure it’s in dessert form.

And I truly love ALL the flavored protein powders by Protein Milkshake so I created these treats using one of them! Each serving of their chocolate sundae protein powder has 22g protein, 4g carbs, and 2g fat. And I love that it’s only sweetened with monk fruit and stevia.

In a bowl, mix one serving/packet of Protein Milkshake  with 1/2c peanut butter.

Then form into balls and freeze until hardened.
Melt 1/2c sugar free chocolate baking chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
Take peanut butter balls and dip in melted chocolate mixture and put back in the freezer a few mins until chocolate hardens.
