i n g r e d i e n t s:
1 scoop @proteinmilkshake
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
3 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp water
1/2 cup flour of choice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
d i r e c t i o n s:
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray (6 muffins).
In a medium bowl, stir together all wet ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, and stir just until combined.
Distribute batter evenly between 6 muffin cups. If desired, sprinkle tops with favorite chocolate chips.
Bake for 15-17 minutes at 350F. Cool completely on wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
