Hey boo 👻 craving treats? 🧁🎃😋 These protein packed, sugar free muffins are the perfect way to reach your goals with something sweet 🥳⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ i n g r e d i e n t s:⁣ 1 scoop @proteinmilkshake⁣ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée⁣ 3 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce⁣ 1 Tbsp water⁣ 1/2 cup flour of choice ⁣ 1 tsp ground cinnamon⁣ 1/2 tsp baking powder⁣ 1/2 tsp baking soda⁣ 1/4 tsp salt⁣ ⁣ d i r e c t i o n s:⁣ Preheat oven to 350F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray (6 muffins).⁣ In a medium bowl, stir together all wet ingredients.⁣ In a small bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.⁣ Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, and stir just until combined.⁣ Distribute batter evenly between 6 muffin cups. If desired, sprinkle tops with favorite chocolate chips.⁣ Bake for 15-17 minutes at 350F.
