1 serving of @proteinmilkshake coconut cupcake flavor
6 oz of cream cheese
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup of @choczero white chocolate baking chips
4 sheets of @lowcarbloverslavash lavash bread (cut in half)
Coconut oil to fry
You can use the ingredients below to decorate your pastries or eat them as is.
1/3 cup of @choczero white chocolate chips
1 tbsp of coconut oil
Unsweetened coconut flakes

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for about 25-30 seconds to soften (or use at room temperature). Add in your serving of @proteinmilkshake coconut cupcake protein powder and mix. Once combined, add in the coconut flakes and the white chocolate. Mix with a spoon until everything is well combined. Then cut 4 sheets of the @lowcarbloverslavash lavash bread in half. Place about a tbsp of the mix on the corner of the lavash bread and fold into a triangle shape. Repeat with all other 7 pieces. Heat up your coconut oil and fry the pastries on both sides. You can eat them like these or continue with the decorating part.
Get your melted white chocolate (mix with the coconut oil) and drizzle on top of each pastry. Top with sugar free sprinkles of coconut flakes and enjoy.
