Meet our first #milkshakemotivator @allanna_fitness! Allanna is an Air Force Officer 🇺🇸 and 2016 Fitness Universe Sports Model Champion! Check our her first Protein Milkshake recipe below – #healthyholiday Naked Biscotti, made with our Naked Vegan Protein Powder!

 

What you'll need:

• 1 scoop Protein Milkshake Naked Protein Powder

• 1 large egg

• 3 tablespoons egg whites

• 1 tablespoon unsweetened apple sauce

• 1/2 tablespoon organic raw honey

• 1/8 cup chopped walnuts

• 3/4 cup oat flour

• 1 teaspoon reduced sodium baking powder

• 3/4 tablespoon cocoa powder

• dash of nutmeg, ginger & cinnamon

 

Directions:

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until you have a dough like mixture
- With slightly damp hands form a log, approximately 8 inches x 4 inches, on parchment paper or silicone baking mat
- Bake for 20 mins, remove from oven and let cool
- Reduce oven heat to 300 degrees 
- Once cooled slice into 1 inch pieces 
- Place back into the oven for 15-20 min or until hardened 
- Now you are ready to enjoy the protein packed yumminess 
* can be stored in an air tight container for up to two weeks
