Zesty Honey Kale

What you'll need:

• 5 cups, chopped Raw Kale
• 1/4 cup Raw Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp Salad or cooking Olive oil
• 1/2 tbsp  Honey
• 1/2 tbsp Grey poupon Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp  Crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp Spices Garlic powder
• 1 dash Spices, black Pepper
• 0.025 tsp 365 Everyday Value Sea Salt
• 1/2 oz Mediterranean Salt - President’s Choice Sea Salt


1. Wash kale in cold water. Remove steams, and cut leaves into 2-3 pieces.
2. Steam kale for 6 minutes. Drain in sink and run cold water over cooked kale to stop it from continuing to cook.
3. Whisk remaining ingredients in a bowl. Toss kale in the dressing mixture.
