Stuffed Avocado

What you'll need:

• 1/4 cup Nuts, dried Pine nuts
• 1 fruit, without skin and seed California, raw Avocados
• 1/2 fruit without seeds Raw, with peel Lemons
• 1 tbsp  Flaxseed oil
• 1/4 cup Raw Parsley
• 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2” - 8” long) Raw Celery
• 1 clove Raw Garlic

Directions:

1. Slice avocado in half.
2. In a blender, blend the pine nuts, lemon juice, oil, parsley, celery and garlic clove. Spread over the avocado halves. Drizzle lemon juice if desired.
