Paleo Broccoli Slaw

What you'll need:

• 2 fruit without skin and seeds Florida, raw Avocados
• 2 clove Raw Garlic
• 1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup Nuts, canned (liquid expressed from grated meat and water) Coconut milk
• 1 tsp Grey poupon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp Table Salt
• 1/2 tsp Spices, black Pepper
• 4 cup, shredded Raw Cabbage
• 16 oz Trader Joe’s Organic Broccoli Slaw

Directions:

1. Place the avocado flesh in a food processor with the garlic, mustard, salt and pepper. Pulse until mashed up.
2. Add the vinegar and full-fat coconut milk a little at a time, pulsing until smooth.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage and broccoli slaw with the avocado mixture. Stir to coat. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
