Low Carb Pasta Salad

 

What you'll need:

• 4 medium Summer squash, includes skin, raw Zucchini
• 1/2 cup Salad dressing, commercial, regular Italian dressing
• 1/2 cup Ripe, canned (small-extra large) Olives
• 1/4 cup Raw Banana pepper
• 1/8 cup, crumbled  Feta cheese
• 1 dash Table Salt
• 1 dash Spices, black Pepper

Directions:

1. Spiralize zucchini noodles.
2. Combine zucchini black olives, banana peppers, salami, and pepperoni in a bowl.
3. Pour Creamy Italian Dressing over top and toss to coat.
4. Refrigerate at least an hour.
Right before serving, add cherry tomatoes and toss.
